Mamman menar att F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassans argument inte h\u00e5ller d\u00e5 sonen varit flyttad inte mindre \u00e4n 13 g\u00e5nger. Vilket inneb\u00e4r ny personal m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger som inte k\u00e4nner till hans funktionshinder. F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassan menar att man ska beg\u00e4ra ompr\u00f6vning om man inte \u00e4r n\u00f6jd med beslutet. Men det tar ju tid att f\u00e5 svar p\u00e5, och blir det sen ett avslag s\u00e5 tar det ytterligare tid innan \u00f6verklagan behandlats av F\u00f6rvaltningsr\u00e4tten.


F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 beh\u00e5lla assistansen s\u00e5 har mamman f\u00e5tt r\u00e5det att skriva ut Adrian 48 timmar var fj\u00e4rde vecka. Ett helt galet system, som inte \u00e4r s\u00e4kert f\u00f6r Adrian som beh\u00f6ver vara p\u00e5 sjukhus. Sjukv\u00e5rden har gjort en orosanm\u00e4lan enligt socialtj\u00e4nstlagen. Vet inte om detta \u00e4r l\u00f6sningen, men man kan f\u00f6rst\u00e5 sjukv\u00e5rdens oro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
