Christian Smith \u00e4r docent i robotik och autonoma system. Han tar upp en mycket intressant fr\u00e5gest\u00e4llning. Skulle en robot kunna ers\u00e4tta en personlig assistent? Nej! Eftersom en robot som ska g\u00f6ra dem arbetsuppgifter som en personlig assistent i vanliga fall g\u00f6r. M\u00e5ste vara konstruerad med n\u00e5gon form av artificiell intelligens. Den m\u00e5ste kunna t\u00e4nka mer sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndigt och kunna l\u00e4ra sig att utf\u00f6ra mer komplexa arbetsuppgifter tror jag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christian menar att roboten m\u00e5ste klara av att sortera vilka saker som \u00e4r viktiga och vilka som \u00e4r mindre viktiga. Precis som en personlig assistent m\u00e5ste l\u00e4ra sig att prioritera i en krissituation s\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver roboten kunna g\u00f6ra detsamma. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r tror jag att det blir sv\u00e5rt att ers\u00e4tta en personlig assistent med en robot inom en snar framtid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Idag finns robotar specialiserade p\u00e5 en viss uppgift. Som exempel har vi matningsroboten Bestic som \u00e4r ett mer ett avancerat hj\u00e4lpmedel \u00e4n robot. En annan intressant robot eller hj\u00e4lpmedel \u00e4r duschsystemet Poseidon. Men som tyv\u00e4rr kr\u00e4ver att anv\u00e4ndare m\u00e5ste kunna resa sig fr\u00e5n sin rullstol och s\u00e4tta sig i duschstolen. Vad jag f\u00f6rst\u00e5r s\u00e5 liknar detta mer en biltv\u00e4tt med olika munstycken \u00e4n det \u00e4r en robot. Vilket m\u00e5ste vara v\u00e4ldigt m\u00e4rkligt att anv\u00e4nda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christian menar att utvecklingen har en l\u00e5ng v\u00e4g kvar, idag kan vi tillexempel l\u00e4ra en robot att ta upp en sax. Men den kan inte l\u00e4ra sig hur man ska anv\u00e4nda den. Detta g\u00f6r att vi \u00e4r l\u00e5ngt ifr\u00e5n att kunna ha robotar ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r personliga assistenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
